These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Finance1 ("Finance1", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Finance1 you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. User Accounts
To use most features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Finance1.
3. Premium Subscription
Finance1 offers a free tier and paid Premium plans (Monthly and Yearly). Premium unlocks unlimited cashbooks, advanced reports, exports, and team features as described on our Pricing page. Feature availability may change over time.
4. Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor. By subscribing you authorize us and our processor to charge the applicable fees plus any taxes to your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and may change with notice.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings area of the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service;
- Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes the rights of others;
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without permission.
7. Intellectual Property
Finance1 and its branding, software, and content are owned by Finance1 and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
8. User Content
You retain all rights to the financial data, transactions, receipts, and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant Finance1 the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your User Content.
9. Service Availability
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time and will provide reasonable notice for material changes where practical.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finance1 and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Finance1 is a personal finance tool. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for financial decisions you make using the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to Finance1 or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
